Expression: Oh Where, Oh Where has my GPS gone?

I admit, I have little-to-no sense of direction.
What a nice surprise to reach into the console of my SUV to discover that my only sense of direction (my trusty GPS) was no longer available for my personal use anymore.....
Evidently, my little friend ended up in the hands of someone else seeking some direction in their life......hmmmmmm, too bad I'm still paying for that expensive little gadget on my credit card while someone else was 'slick' enough to get it for free. Those little gadgets are brilliant and can take you anywhere you could ever want to go.......too bad they don't have a little chip in there so that they could be retrieved by the rightful owner in the event that they got stolen. Several other GPS devices were stolen from my area within the last few days too. Mine just happened to be in my SUV inside of my garage, so thankfully my windows were not broken like some of my neighbors. It does make me sick to think that someone was in my garage and in my car. People will steal whatever they can get their hands on, especially when they are desperate this time of year with the holidays. So, what in the world is this Klepto going to do with all of his/her new GPS's???? I guess everyone on their gift list is going to be getting some high-ticket items (and a possible slap on the hand with 'receiving stolen property' if they get caught!) I hate theives! Off to check the store ads for Black Friday deals on a new GPS.......which will never leave my site again! =)

I don't like the GPS system, I rather just use my handwritten directions to get me to where I am going. Sorry to hear that someone stole it out of your vehicle. It is a shame that people just take whatever they can get their hands on, but no one was hurt out of it.

I am so directionally challenged. Gotta love a GPS!
